· hip hop in 2005 will be...
ahhh I gave up on that kind of predictions. hopefully producers will stop fearing technology and they will stop being fascinated by over-used retro sounds and aesthetics such as cratedigging, 90's boom bap and 'keeping it real'. To quote the new Busdriver t-shirt: "sorry, underground hip hop happened 10 years ago".
· my new years resolutions
make sure the world does not sleep on TTC's album "Batards Sensibles". Some of you non french speakers might not understand the lyrics but no one can front on the fact that the production by Para One, Tacteel and Tido is way ahead of most competition whether it be in rap or electronic fields. (the album contains an extra cd with all the instrumentals so make sure you grab it)
